My Practice



I established an online practice officially in 2010 as a way to increase access to services and supports regardless of where you live and reduces service barriers for individuals and families.   My goal- then and now, is to help people resolve difficulties and more importantly, create the conditions needed to reach their optimal potential.


I hope to offer a safe & reliable option for support and guidance on child development, individual and family mental health, and creating personal & family wellness.
